Role Overview
As the first point of contact for prospective students, our Telecallers drive lead engagement, nurture inquiries, and set up campus visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospects
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up schedules
- Qualify leads by assessing academic interests
- Achieve daily and weekly conversion targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th-grade education
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Bengali
- Basic computer proficiency
